Most sales conversations get checked on a phone and worked wherever you happen to be. Here is exactly how Batohi behaves on mobile — including the limits, because they are real and other tools have the same ones whether they say so or not.

What works everywhere, on any device

Everything Batohi records is captured server-side. Once a tracked message is sent, it does not matter what device you — or your prospect — are on:

• Opens, clicks and replies are recorded whether the prospect reads on an iPhone, an iPad, a desktop, or a watch.
• The dashboard is a responsive web app. Your Action Inbox, evidence timelines and recommendations work in any mobile browser.
• Sending from your phone works through the Batohi composer: because the message is built server-side and sent through your own connected mailbox (Gmail or Microsoft), a send from your phone is tracked exactly like a send from your desk.

The one honest limit

Composing inside the native Gmail or Outlook phone apps cannot produce a tracked message. This is a platform boundary, not a missing feature:

• The Gmail mobile apps expose no way for any third party to take part in composing a message. None exists to build on.
• Outlook's mobile apps allow an add-in to insert content when a compose window opens, but nothing can touch what you type afterwards — so links you write can never become tracked links.

Any tool that claims full tracking from inside the native mobile mail apps is describing something the platforms do not allow.

What to do on a phone

Compose in Batohi. Open the dashboard, hit Compose, and send — the message goes out from your own mailbox, fully tracked, and lands in your Sent folder like any other mail. Two taps more than the native app; the entire evidence chain in return.
